Community Service

      I feel very strongly that each of us should serve our community. I am actively involved in several charities and organizations. For example, I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the YWCA of Northwest Georgia and previously served on the Board of MUST, Inc. The YWCA works to end domestic violence, eliminate racism, and empower women. MUST provides services and assistance to the less fortunate in Cobb, Cherokee, and surrounding counties, as well as education, counseling, shelter, and other services to assist those in need to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty.

      I am a member ofthe Marietta Rotary Club, the Cobb Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia Elder Law and Fiduciary Sections, and Cobb Republican Women's Club.

      I am a member of Marietta First United Methodist Church and have worked with Habitat for Humanity builds in Cobb County.
